The Revolution
The Bliss Revolution began as an organic evolution of Ashe's personal revolution. Deep in the battle to stand strongly in her complete authenticity and unapologetic happiness, she began to talk with people about it - friends, family, willing strangers - seeking support and insight. What she found was inspiration. The vast majority of the people she spoke with shared her battle - her revolution. And they needed support. They needed insight.
Motivated by her desire to help people through their own experiences of this revolution - to provide support and insight - Ashe created The Bliss Revolution on Twitter. This service provides joyful and fun affirmations throughout the day to Revolutionaries all over the world. The number of Revolutionaries using the Twitter service began immediately to grow exponentially, and continues to do so.
Fueled by this response and driven by her desire to inspire and support more people in this revolution, Ashe, with the help and support of her amazing wife, Carrie, started The Bliss Revolution. Together, they have devoted their lives to bringing the Revolution to as many people as possible and relentlessly spreading joy throughout the world.

I am the Queen of Evolution. Well, personal evolution, anyway. :D I've been exploring my own beingness since I was a child. I always want to know more, to dig deeper... I am driven to grow, Grow, GROW -- quickly, constantly, and intensely. I am completely fascinated by people. I believe we are all SOULFUL beings of divine LIGHT and we are all ABSOLUTELY PERFECT just as we are, in every single moment.
I am fiery and adventurous, and my history reflects that: I have a BA in Anthropology from UNC - Chapel Hill. I spent years exploring edible, medicinal and cosmetic plants and herbs on the East Coast and in the Southwestern United States. I am a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner. I spent two summers working at the Boy Scouts' high adventure camp in northeastern New Mexico. I owned a natural body care company for a while. I have always been fairly nomadic, and only recently began to put down roots, for the first time in my life. No matter what I do, or where I go, I always find myself coming back to two things -- people and bliss.
I came by this revolution honestly -- as an organic evolution of my own personal revolution. Just like you, I have fought for much of my life to find the FREEDOM to be COMPLETELY AUTHENTIC and UNAPOLOGETICALLY HAPPY. When I found that -- and really, truly, unshakably knew I finally had it -- I also found myself immediately and intensely driven to help other people find it. And so, here we are. This is my passion. Nothing has ever made me feel so entirely fulfilled. Nothing has ever felt so intrinsically RIGHT. I came to the Revolution for two reasons -- to LOVE and SUPPORT you in your own revolution, and to SPREAD the JOY. I invite you to share these missions with me -- JOIN the REVOLUTION. Channeling Charles Dickens for a moment here: I was born, I grew up. Of course there's plenty more to that story, but this isn't really about ME - it's about how I came to join the Revolution. So I choose to focus on relevant things. Growing up with an agnostic psychologist for a father really gave me a head start on the self awareness thing and I'm grateful for that bit of luck. I've never been one for much in the way of formal education, preferring to find my own way in the world, and it seems to have worked for me so far. I've had the pleasure of knowing some pretty amazing people at all stages of my life, who have always pointed me in the direction I needed to go, teaching me to question the negatives, embrace the positives, and always listen to my own voice first.
In 2008, I got to spend several months in England, doing the tourist thing and working with some friends at their farm, and during that time, I also did a course with the folks from www.theministryofinspiration.com called Broadband Consciousness. Richard and Liz are doing some amazing work there, and I am forever grateful to have been a part of it -- I learned (or perhaps reaffirmed) that we are all superheroes pretending to be ordinary people, that we CAN choose to take control of our lives, and that we are not our past, just to name a few of the simplest things. These are things I knew on some level, we all do, but it's amazing the difference between knowing it on some level and actually practicing it in your everyday life! As I have become more and more the superhero I always could have been, I have found myself increasingly reaching out to other people to show them that their happiness is not only within their grasp, but actually right at their fingertips!
So when Ashe spoke of her personal bliss revolution, that resonated with me in new and incredible ways, and as she embarked on this journey spreading the bliss, it was only natural that I join her and offer my services as superhero, scriptbuster and idea-o-matic! I am extremely excited about the possibilities ahead of us, and I hope you are, too!
